Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. - Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. We were in a hurry when we arrived as we were en route to a funeral. We were able to go into our room at 12.30 and sandwiches were brought promptly when ordered.
