era un hotel muy acogedor, las habitaciones muy bonitas y estaba muy limpio - I found the staff to be very very friendly. They set that home from home attitude that makes their guests feel very welcome especially the restaurant staff. They were very outgoing and made sure we were enjoying our stay and advised us on the best places in Manchester. -

All the staff were very friendly and couldn't so enough for us . I work in a 4 star Country Hotel myself and the room we stayed in was immaculate and we couldn't find anything wrong . The breakfast was excellent and the lady who showed us to our table at breakfast was a credit to you . We will be stopping again and will tell family and friends wh

Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. The usual good level of service offered at a Premier Inn hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Nice cooked breakfast. Obviously it's a "budget" hotel, so don't expect luxury, but I think Premier Inn's standards are quite high considering their prices.

Shuttle service was ideal for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and I was able to have a good nights sleep before an early start to fly to France for meetings the next day.Relatively quiet- some traffic noise until late.

the personal attention - I thought the Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Premier Inn hotels in the uk are professionally managed very clean
hotels and the rooms have everything a business traveller needs: an
excellent bed (a small us queen size), a clean bathroom with shower and
sufficient water pressure and a flat screen tv, a desk and a easy chair.
No mini bar though. This Premier Inn is located in a quiet area

The staff were superb. They were very helpful and friendly and were always there to help out. This was the same in the restaurant/pub next door. This was also a bonus as they served an excellent breakfast here which was available until 10:30am. Warm friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, rooms really homely and the most comfortable nights sleep I've had in ages! Plenty of mirrors for getting ready and a well stocked tea tray. They've just got it so right! I'm converted to premier inn for the future now,sorry Travelodge!

We were attending my sisters wedding and this Premier Inn was local, excellent value and great quality. The facilities were good and kept clean and tidy. The reception staff were very friendly,helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff helped organise a family dinner and made it special. Planes not an issue. My grandson loved them! -

I was staying there due to a wedding and they made the room available to be earlier in the day than normal.This is thought was extremely nice of the hotel staff and excellent from a customers point of you. - It was my best friends wedding and all the staff were very polite and helpful - nothing went wrong for anyone
