  All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It really is amazing. The price was excellent too especially for a 5 star in - The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

  I had to change my travel plans at the last minutes and the staff were amazingly helpful. The flat was gorgeous and the location in the heart of the East end of London second to none. - close to the tube, close to the center, beautifull apartment with 2 bathrooms

  Lovely place for our holiday. Location was excellent,an easy walk to East Croydon station then 20 mins to London centre and the tram to Wimbledon. Flat was comfortable and nicely appointed, worked reasonably well for our family. Staff involvement kept to a minimum but were on call if required. Very good value for money. 5 minute walk from East Croydon train station and 15 minute train journey to Victoria. Excellent shopping facilities in Croydon also.
