Clean large spotless rooms, good location, reasonable value for London. Good advice of free parking by concierge over weekend. Good shopping opportunities nearby. - An excellent room at a very good rate. Modern, clean, stylish. Everything was obviously of good quality. Very good breakfast.

It's a cross between a hotel and and apartment which allows you to
be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a
takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my
room) or going out to one of the many eateries at the Westfield Centre

My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold. Excellent room with everything that a business traveler would need. Huge bed and luxury bedding and pillows. Polite staff and attentive to needs. Great location for business in London; easy for tube to anywhere (from Barbican, five minutes walk away). Last minute rate made it very reasonable cost for the undoubted quality. . -

Very comfortable and modern rooms. Older building repurposed so some quirkiness (corridors) but it just adds to the fun of the outing for me.

The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.
Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.
