Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. i stayed at the double tree hilton for the easter weekend with my partner. we found this hotel to be fantastic value compared to others in the local area as well as being in a great location. everything was within a 5 mins stroll like bars, restaurants and the new trinity shopping centre. the staff were very friendly and helpful with information of the local area. parking at the hotel was very handy asare rarely found at city centre hotels. the room itself was fresh, modern, and very clean with

Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.

Room was slightly on the small side but was bright, nicely decorated & nipping clean, the bed was very comfy, shower was great & my wife loved the complimentary biscuits. Girl on reception was really friendly & efficient. Did not dine there but has a few drinks in the fat badger bar which we enjoyed. The price of the room was excellent @ £59 for a double. Would deffo stay again

the location was great only a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the shopping centre. Contrary to other reviews I found the reception staff very helpful, especially Natalie.
