Excellent service. We went for the first time and enjoyed Bournemouth. The hotel is located 5 mins walk away from the boscombe town center and about 10 mins from the sea. we were offered tea on arrival and the breakfast next morning was great. Excellent value for money. -

The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!

Had an old fashioned grandeur and verycomfortably appointed. Public areas (ie breakfast/restuarant area)spacious, food quality good. Rooms were of a good size, clean andhomely. Good shower

That facilities where great, swimming pool, gym, hot tub. Only paid £45 per room. Gardens were lovely with a small path 100m from the beach.
