Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

Es muy bonito, esta a menos de 2 minutos de una parada de metro, es muy limpio y el barrio en el que esta me gusto mucho, es un barrio hindú, cenaba barato, y desayunaba comprando galletas, sándwiches o dulces antes de coger el metro para la zona turística. +Location very close to the r/w station, but if you have to travel frequently to London, it's not very convenient to stay so far away from London
+Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often)

The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily. El hotel esta muy nuevo y muy confortable. Si uno tiene coche y va al sur del Londres, este es el Hotel para alojarse ya que no hoy muchos hoteles a este precio. parking at the hotel was good, the staff were excellent and the decor was great. There was alos a good atmosphere in the bar. unfortunately i didn't have time to make use of the pool or gym facilities. - was a great experience,value for money highly recommended
