Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

Es muy bonito, esta a menos de 2 minutos de una parada de metro, es muy limpio y el barrio en el que esta me gusto mucho, es un barrio hindú, cenaba barato, y desayunaba comprando galletas, sándwiches o dulces antes de coger el metro para la zona turística. My friend and i had single rooms, the beds were larger than singles. Hotel staff were happy and very helpful and we were opposite windsor castle which was the reason for our visit. We will stay at this hotel again - Facilities and warm welcoming and the service were fantastic/Faultless

+Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often)

The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily.
