Very helpful management when I needed to change my booking and on arrival late in the evening. Even prepared coffee early for us on the Sunday as we had an early start. Ideal location for train or airport and clean, comfortable rooms. Very happy with our stay. -

Nos gustó mucho el hotel. El personal fué muy atento, está todo muy limpio y resulta muy económico. Nosotros fuimos con dos niños y te ponen camas supltorias en la misma habitación sin pagar ningún extra y además el desayuno de los niños es gratis. Great improvement on rooms from previous stays there. All upgraded and very good. Very comfortable bed and nicely decorated.
Welcoming reception lady.
Glad to still be able to park car there free and pick up again on return form week away.
No Gatwick Inn staff transport to Gatwick airport as there used to be BUT very well organised taxi booked by reception lady - pleasant taxi driver and extremely good price so used him to get back after week away.

Very stylish and comfortable rooms, free onsite parking, super friendly staff. Friendly and helpful staff with a professional attitude. Accommodation was fine. The location is excellent for quiet and greenery. Dinner was fine with a good wine. Bed was comfortable. Full English breakfast enables a full day's activity without lunch. We appreciated the kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. -
The space in the room. Being in a single room they are usually minute. The last one I staying in, I couldn't even get the door fully open before it hit the bed and I had to sidle through the door. This room had soooooo much space and the shower room was nearly as big as a normal double room. Very clean and very comfy.
