Everything!
I travel a lot and this hotel although 3 star was quite simply the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The little touches in the room and the care the staff take to assure you are content were second to none. I wish this hotel could be transported to every location I need to stay in the UK but sadly it would only spoil me -

... lo que la gente dice » autiful location, very friendly staff and not too big. It had a homely feel about the place, room was clean and well presented, we also had a very nice breakfast. Would recommend to friends and family. A return visit will happen soon.

The appartments are in a peaceful area, a bit far from the centre, but there's a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk from the apartments that would take you to the centre in 15 minutes. - Size of apartment and the equipment it contained. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was comfortable, although a little warm, and the cummunal breakfast arrangement was very relaxed and enjoyable. - The privacy staying in one of the cottages, very friendly and obliging staff.
