Great value for money! Staff worked really hard (they were there before we started our day and still there when we ended our day). The cleanliness could not be faulted - if you want a clean and budget hotel this is the one for you. Food was good (home cooked on the premises - not sure how they find the time) and pretty good value for money; bar

There is nothing bad to be said about this hotel. Staff are very friendly and show you to your room. Rooms are lovely and clean. Very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. The owners dog is beautiful, and friendly. Later check out was arranged for me with no problem at all. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I will most definately stay there again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The owner made us feel very welcome and when we left we felt like we'd found a new friend. The hotel itself is under a major refurb as the owner has only had it for 3 months, but I still can't complain about the facilities as they were. It was spacious and clean and the food was exellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was a lovely size for 4 of us.The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was set out brilliantly and it catered for all our tastes especially our youngest who asked for a bacon butty with no butter on the bread !
We certainly be using Premier Inns from now on.

I travel a lot and this hotel although 3 star was quite simply the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The little touches in the room and the care the staff take to assure you are content were second to none. I wish this hotel could be transported to every location I need to stay in the UK but sadly it would only spoil me -

Came to spend anniversary with husband. Staff we're very friendly and even ordered us halal chicken for our lunch!
Had an amazing treatment at the spa and everyone was just so friendly and approachable!
We even forgot a personal greeting card in our room when we checked out and the staff ever so nicely posted it out to us the following morning.

Excellent spa. the rooms were spatious and clean, my room had a separate lounge and was very elegant. Comfortable beds too. the staff are very polite, we even got a lift to the restaurant (the clubhouse) 3 minutes away, because they didn't want us to wander around in the dark.
