The hostess was very friendly and chatty and took the time to speak to you. She was welcoming and helpful. She was very knowledgeable of the area which was useful. The rooms were lovely. The welcome was warm and friendly, and being offered a pot of tea after a long drive is wonderful. Janet could not have done more for us. I usually stay in faceless hotels but decided to opt for something smaller just for a change, and this was a genuinely great find. Breakfast was lovely, and they accommodated our early start. Thanks to all at Park Cottage.

We loved it all, the friendly staff, who managed to be friendly and informative whilst being professional but not overbearing. This makes guests feel relaxed and not 'on ceremony' . The meal was outstanding, totally fabulous. We so appreciated the extra touch of a special dessert for our newly graduated son. Loved the room, bed was fabulous, decoration. Was just lovely. Plenty of big fluffy towels . Loved loved loved.

Really nice hotel, very old building with history, character and atmosphere. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and filling, location is quiet, but a short walk from the city centre and castle. It is not really a hotel to use for business travellers as it's age does limit it's practicality, but a really great place

We loved the quirky building, the Tudor hotel is fabulous and while this does make the rooms slightly smaller than usual, the uniqueness makes up for it many times over.
My Daughter loved the suits of armour on the gallery, and asked one if he would come home with us!
The location is ideal for Warwick and the castle.
The staff were very accommodating.
We had a wonderful evening meal and a good breakfast.
We also had a room with a four poster bed, with a fantastic quality mattress.

Wonderful country house b&b,our room must have been 30 feet square with sofas,places to write reports,comfortable bed with decent linen,and last not least a brand new shower room.
The host served a generous breakfast prepared with eggs from his 10 hens.This is the opposite of your typical robotically staffed chain hotel.
Highly recommended.

The Bull is a great place to stay if you're attending an event at the NEC as you can avoid the traffic in and out. They serve great food and drink, and the fact that it's always busy should be a clue to how good it is. -

I thought the room was large and pleasant.
After being refused use of room, we all gathered in the bedroom (all 28! - and dispersed at 2.30am. We were more than happy, but if I had not been part of this group I would have been very cross due to the noise generated by our revels. -
