Everything about the Waterfoot was excellent.
I found all the staff I met to be some of the most friendly and and helpful that I have come across on world travels.
There were two on reception and a further two in the restaurant who were able to chat in a way that was not patronising and this helps to the comfort of guests

You would be hard pressed to find anything to criticize about this B&B. The décor, facilities and comfort of the room was excellent. The landlady charming and friendly. Super friendly and unbelievably clean. We loved the decor and the quirky feel of the room. The attention to detail was fantastic. Breakfast involved a massive spread of pretty much everything and I was even offered food off menu when i mentioned i was a vegetarian. Fantastic hostess/service. Bed was very comfortable and the room refreshed when we were out. All in all, a pretty perfect stay.

a well designed new build,lots of parking space and brewers fayre ,good service in the restraurant ,food served promptly at evening meal which was well heated and prepared(our kids love p.inn's choc indulgance as well)breakfast food was plentyful and freshly cooked (no dried out bits)our quad room was clean and tidy looking out on the snowy glens

The hotel was really lovely, spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff were so friendly from the outset. Breakfast was brilliant and you could eat as much or as little as you wanted. The lunch / dinners were excellent value for money & very tasty. We stayed for 2 weekend nites during the All Ireland Fleadh. We got taxi's to drop us at the Peace Bridge ( as recommended by the receptionist ), which is just a really short & scenic walk over to the city center, and cost just £3 approx. The taxi dr

The owners were really lovely and spent time chatting. We must say that it was perfect for a weekend break. The facilities were more than adequate (the en-suite was lovely). The breakfast was nice and the hospitality superb.
It is slightly out of the city but taxi prices were very reasonable. In conclusion I must agree with the previous review "

Donal & Teresa were very friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was terrific. Clientele was very cosmopolitan: Aussies, Canary Islands, Canada, Israel, etc. They provided an excellent recommendation for supper & taxi coupon.
