I used the hotel to await a travelling companion and the moved on to our appointment the next morning. Bar facilities adequate. staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern - everything is very clean and new looking. The rooms are a good size - we had a quad and a double, and the quad was huge.
Good to have tea-making facilities included.
There is a Brewers Fayre next door where you can get a meal, or the breakfast. It is OK, but not good if you are vegetarian - had to resort to a pizza del

The location was really fab, a great view. It was really quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was extremely clean. All these things are important when staying at a hotel I feel. Staff were really friendly, even if I wasn't first thing in a morning!!

The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and always a smile on their faces. The rooms were better than we expected, really great value and extremely clean, decorated well and spacious (not like your other standard small rooms where you can barely move).

The place was adorable! We were absolutely charmed with the accommodations. The hostesses were very helpful, personable, welcoming when we got in, accommodating when we had to solve travel conundrums. The wifi was easy to use and completely reliable! The neighborhood was completely delightful, and the park walkway a block away was a lovely way to get to the castle and transportation.
