the staff went out of their way to be helpful and to make our stay as pleasant as possible : the room was extremely comfortable with a high standard of cleanliness : you would generally expect to pay much more for a room of this standard.

the hotel was outside the central city area and we had a 10 minute walk to find transport in the evening : however, Chiangmai is changing fast and this part of the city is under development, making it more likely that taxis will venture this way.
