Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The warm afternoon drinks on the patio was a perfect welcome. Saunas and hot tub were very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Good breakfast. The staff at the Hotel Europe were very accommodating in trying to make
up for the shortcomings of the Apartments. The room was ok - it was
spacious, clean and relatively comfortable but I was on a working
holiday and could not get the wifi to work the first night. They ended
up moving us to the Hotel Europe for the second night. Also, you need to
go to the Hotel first unless you call or email after booking and then
they will tell you what room you are in and that the door is already
