Great view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Picked us up and returned us to the train station. Great breakfast, and welcome drink around the fireplace. Free internet hot spot. - The views,the owners were very friendly and helpful,clean,well organised and a delight to experience.

Casa Vanessa is conveniently located near to the ski lift as well as shops/restaurants.We stayed at room 320 on the 3rd floor. The apartment was impeccably clean and cosy. We were able to enjoy nice view of the Matterhorn from the living room and balcony.

Great apartment! Loved the views. Located right next to the main Zermatt Gondolas. (Furi/Zermatt Glacier paradise) Loved the full kitchen. Staff even provided additional cooking pan when asked. All the bedrooms were unique and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

On arrival, Richard, the owner told us we had been upgraded to a bigger room and were given the Picasso room which was just fabulous with a lovely balcony looking directly at the Matterhorn. the beautiful and amazing view of the famous Mattherhorn right outside of our balcony. We can comfortably to admire the beauty of the Matterhorn at sun rise begins to shine on it - breath taking view !!

We had a little problem finding it, but but a guy came out on the street and gave us the key and pointed us to our room!! Extremely friendly staff. There was a quite low ceiling, but beds were good. It was a 7-8mins walk from main station, we stayed in apt 105(apt with
matterhorn view) and paid chf 250 for 2 nights, keys were to be picked
up from Best Western Alpine Resort Hotel which was on the way to
apartment, the apartment was very spacious, nice clean and huge hall
with open kitchen provided with all cutlery and cleaning equipments,
included microwave and tea coffee maker. Balcony was spacious and so was
bathroom, bedroom was decently sized with 2 single beds, overall for a
