  Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   The view at the terrace and bed of suit room is outstanding. We can see Matterhorn always during stay. Amazing Matterhorn view is worth to pay more. The Staff Members are all kind and Food is very good. Spa and Sauna quality is high. Also we can meet Primin Zubriggen, Ski hero of Switzerland and Owner of this hotel.
