We loved everything about this hotel - from its location, quietness of the area and beautiful landscapes, to the clean, comfortable room, good breakfast and gourmet kitchen. really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa

We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice location very close to Alpentherme
and Torrent cable car. The room was spacious and clean. Didn't have
the balcony because of the late booking, but anyway great views from
sparkling clean windows. Breakfast ok. Next door is Waldhouse hotel,
make sure you try their steak tartar with Memo assamblage wine. -

As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.
