The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
Can’t find better location, inner city but so quiet and comfortable, close to the train stati

The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages.

We loved everything about this hotel - from its location, quietness of the area and beautiful landscapes, to the clean, comfortable room, good breakfast and gourmet kitchen. Although the rooms have no balcony, there is one common terrace where anyone can relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the beautiful mountains.

Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. -

We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice location very close to Alpentherme
and Torrent cable car. The room was spacious and clean. Didn't have
the balcony because of the late booking, but anyway great views from
sparkling clean windows. Breakfast ok. Next door is Waldhouse hotel,
make sure you try their steak tartar with Memo assamblage wine. -

As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn!
