Everything within walking distance and choice of restaurant around. But this is not the choice for you if you want to stay for several nights and enjoy the beach. My two year old daughter who was a littlre apprehensive of her new surroundings was given balloons and was made comfortable by the friendly Mr. Chamit. A delightful little place with many nooks and crannies to explore for young children.

All in all, is a cool place and best value ever, absolutely recommendable guesthouse! - We needed to be in Negombo for a wedding and this guest house was good value for money. The room was cleaner than expected and the owner was able to welcome us at 2am in the morning. There is a cafe serving breakfast right next door so don't worry about it being bed only. It was worth walking the streets in the evening as lots of restaurants and trinket shops are open. Overall a nice place to stop for 1 night.

  The hotel is a realy nice choice, we have spent 4 nights there and the location is very good away from the noise, room and bathroom sizes are realy big, I would realy recommend this hotel for honeymoon couple although it is a bit expensive. The rooms are relatively large and it is located neaby the beach, which is walkable distance from this hotel, besides, the stuff members are all kind and did best that they could do.
