I stayed with 2 friends in the flat for a long weekend. It is excellent value for money compared to a hotel. The flat is very well equipped and very cool and modern.The location is just about perfect and also very close to the tube. There is a cheap supermarket nearby. Catalin, the representative for the hire company is very pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome. All in all a fab place to stay but book quickly as we have recommended it to all our friends!

The apartment was an old converted monastery weary clean and refurbished inside great location close to Plaza Mayor and the city centre. Had all the amenities needed We had a great stay Madrid is a beautiful city with so much to see

Basin in upstairs bathroom was slow to drain but that was no big problem

Hotel equipment is very complete, the room spacious and clean, and very close to the attractions, in short, is a very satisfying hotel.

Very spacious and comfortable. A warm welcome by Catalin who gave us a map and pointed out sights and reminded us to keep safe from pickpockets. The apartment wasn't ready so we left our bags and went for a walk. Fantastic central location!

The apartment is quite dark, it was a bit grubby, soap scum in the shower, stains on a couple of walls, we didn't complain as it was more just a place to sleep.

the location of hotel was excellent with good connectivity by metro. there were lots of grocery shops near by.

the master bed room does not have AC.

Fabulous location - couldn't be more central. Able to walk to Prado and all places which we wanted to visit. Catalin was very helpful and met us as arranged and provided a map and lots of useful information for our stay.

Height of bedrooms and bathrooms for us taller people was a little off- putting but for short term stay ok. No street noise at all but some noise from neighbors.

Super location for many of the places we wished to see. Grand staircase serving the apartments. Our apartment had a roof terrace which we used.

Took some finding on first day. Shower holder missing in upstairs bathroom, bulbs not working in bedroom

The location is very good. In particular, we liked being near Cava Alta and Baja where there are many good restaurants.

The accommodations are for the budget traveler. We stayed in the "penthouse" which could not be reached by elevator. First we had to get out of the elevator on the fourth floor and then climb a flight of stairs to our apartment. And in the apartment, the bedrooms were up another flight of stairs.

Apartment was dirty. Wifi only worked downstairs in a particular area. Stairs was scarily unsteady. Not the apartment we were expecting
