It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great.
And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful.
Room was quite comfortable and clean.
But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors .
Minimal breakfast is included .

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style. Awesome airplane theme throughout the room and hotel. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of one of the main streets in Barcelona.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. During this time we changed 3 rooms. Un hotel que sirve la recomendacion. Todo ha sido genial: la habitacion, limpieza, etc. Tambien valoro el toque, que tienen posibilidad de consultar el internet durante 24 h y que es gratis. - Las instalaciones son muy limpias y modernas, el desayuno muy variado y bueno, muy tranquilo, las habitacioes grandes y cómodas.

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Combination washer/dryer came in very handy.Full kitchen allowed us to bring in dinner on nights we were tired from sightseeing.

down to a coffee making machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board,
hair dryer and fantastic furniture. Spotless on arrival and in a great
location. Being just away from the main centre, it is lovely and quiet
at night so a great night's sleep is assured - the comfortable beds
and luxurious duvets helped too.
