The location was right down in the city and close to many sights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the building was of the old architecture, which was charming. Superb location in beautiful side-street within easy walking distance of all the major sights. It was lovely to feel that we were in the heart of Madrid. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived very late after a delayed flight. Room very comfortable. There was some noise on Friday and Saturday nights from people in the street but no traffic noise.

Close to the city centre with good public transport possibilities. Staff was very helpful, fluently speaking English. Room was clean and good value for money. TV with HD channels were perfect.
