  Perfect location in the very center of the city, next to main trafic point Plaza Catalunya, 2 minutes walk from metro station Universitad, so it is easy to get to any part of the city. Extremely frıendly and hospitable stuff tells you where to go and what to see in the city. The staff member Ella was not only beautiful but incredibly helpful in all aspects. She would give us directions and provide us with maps as well as recommendations of places to eat nearby which we ended up going to each night and for breakfast! We all needed to print off boarding passes and she would go the extra mile to help this happen. She also translated any Spanish for me. I cannot reccomm
