The best place I've ever stayed in Madrid. The location is just perfect - 1 minute from Gran Via station, very close to Plaza del Sol. I couldn't believe that the hotel of such quality could be so cheap. I cannot even compare it with the places I've stayed before. The best money/value option.

It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel with full kitchen. The office is right down stairs. The administrative people are very nice and helpful. I didn't stay at the hotel that much as I spend most of my time outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had been newly renovated and was kept extremely clean. There were two sets of double paned windows to keep out the street noise. The Museo del Jamon was right next to the hotel and is a great place to get breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee or beer/wine. We would definitely return.

Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes.
Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets.
I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.
