Very new and modern. Very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely reception and ground floor area. Fantastic location, very central. appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. Alex welcomed us like family and was extremely helpfull. He escorted me and my family up to the apartment. Once we were in, he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how to operate the air condition and heat. He also gave us a map and showed us where all of the main sites were and how to get there.

Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. I cannot fault one detail about this hotel. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. There's a great roof top bar area with a small plunge pool to cool off. Lastly, the location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to La Ramblas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
