The Hotel staff told us that airport pickup is free as we are taking a room in the Club level, however , at time of checking out, they asked us to pay 140 sar for that!! And the ridiculous explanation was that we have made the booking through letsbookhotel.com and not directly through the hotel.. Also the restaurant food was not s per expectation.

We asked if we could sit in the lounge as we had a flight at midnight. We were told yes but we had to pay extra even though we had stayed 3 days and taken all our meals at the hotel. I expected them to agree without cost.

There are bad smells at the room. Hotel too old/dirty and needs renovation. At the corridor there was water leak signs on the ceiling but there is no touch-up paint even. Hotel far away from 5 star class, there are much better 3-4 stars as well.

The location, staff, the food... Etc most of the things were good

The disadvantages: 1- the room wasnt that clean as you can see the dust on everything, and the bathroom had a very bad smell! 2- its mentioned that the internet is available and free while it is not! 3- most 5 stars hotels will provide a coffee maker which was not available in the room. Moreover, I wanted to upgrade the room to get the missing facilities but they refused as well because I booked my room through booking!

The Vissa did not work well with them. There was an issue with thier machine. I booked from letsbookhotel.com a standard room with breakfast but when I asked them they said breakfast is not included. In general, it was boor stay. Thanks.

I did not like anything.

Hygiene in room, elevator, bathrooms, walls in corridor and room.Checking in was late. It really does not belong to a 4 star hotel. I stayed 4 times before in this hotel. There is a major difference.
