Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Rooms were very hot and I would like to have adjusted the temperature of the room.

Very good location, a minute walk to Nevsky Prospect, 7 minutes walk to metro, 10 minutes walk to Hermitage. The room is well decorated. Value for money. Breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended

I forget sunglasses at WC on the lobby. When I returned after 20 minutes sunglasses was absent. So be careful beeing here.

The hotel location is very good. Easy to fine. Staff are very kind and they can speak English. Security is so good.

The hotel has no lift but it's OK for my room in second floor.

Situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of an historical building, the hotel is in a very great position, just few steps from Nevsky, Hermitage Museum and lot of public transfers (nearest Metro station Gostny Dvor). Super breakfast.

Not very easy to reach the hotel, they should display the signboard better from the street. Pillowcases not neat at our arrival, we asked to change them.

A very good hotel in an excellent location with great staff. Close to everything, suitable for sighseeing. The rooms were clean with all basic amenities. The staff was more than helpful on every request we had. ATM inside the hotel and 24h supermarket nearby also very convinient.Recommended as value for money.

Only dropback the elevator that did only work from the third floor and up, so couldnt help with the luggages.

Excellent location for seeing the sights of St. Petersburg. The free wi-fi was a great facility, and the staff were really helpful ahead of our stay in sorting out additional requirements via very prompt email replies

Is a dirty old hotel. No way 4 stars, 2 stars the most. No lift!!!!!!!!!!!! Quality / selection of breakfast very low/limited. No sound proof. Dark and smelly.
