Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt.
Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again. Thoroughly recommend -
