This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

Absolutely comfortable and clean hotel, not far away from airport. Shuffle bus from hotel to the airport and back is going every hour. Helpful staff. -
they probably have the best bed-clothes I've ever seen. So comfortable so you forget you are in a hotel. (I've seen 30+ hotels). Excellent bathroom.

The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

A very correct hotel, with extremely large bar/ dining room complex
and a pub open late. Excellent food in that pub (which is a rare thing
to find in that town). Excellent coffee, and plenty of space to
comfortably read a paper. Location is excellent - not right at the
center with all its tourist traps but a little kickback at calm
Vasilevsky Island. A very good place on the whole although on the
expensive side.

The location is amazing, the hotel provides bicycles to enjoy the surroundings. The famous park and palace complex is in 2-minute walk. Breakfast is to match any taste, great choice of high quality food. Very comfortable and clean rooms, air conditioning, very quiet. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Особенно ресепшен!! Неплохой ресторан, очень вкусно. Хороший завтрак. Замечательные номера, очень чисто, тихо, все очень удобно. Действительно бассейн не работал (и мы об том знали заранее), но честно говоря, мы ехали для экскурсий, поэтому нам это не мешало. Все было просто замечательно! Молодцы ребята!
