We've spent about 8 weeks in St. Petersburg over the past 5 years as
students, and our dorms were located in old Soviet apartment blocks; so
this hotel was a welcomed change for our short visit back to Peter!! The
hotel was very clean, which surprised me as most of St. Petersburg is on

A very correct hotel, with extremely large bar/ dining room complex
and a pub open late. Excellent food in that pub (which is a rare thing
to find in that town). Excellent coffee, and plenty of space to
comfortably read a paper. Location is excellent - not right at the
center with all its tourist traps but a little kickback at calm
Vasilevsky Island. A very good place on the whole although on the
expensive side.

Response staff - When we reported AC problems someone arrived right away, checked the settings, and we received a call offering to relocate us to a room with working AC. Also used the concierge services and it worked well.

Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to
underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard
twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review
normal room but suite was excellent. Reception staff was really helpful

Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt.
Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. I arrived by train and by taking Bus number 22 I have arrived at the Hotel an hour after. I found there everything I needed - a working shower in a huge warm-
floore (surprise!) bathroom, warm well furnitured room with a bottle of
water for free (surprise!) and it was a real pleasure to have a cup of
tea in bed, not in dining room (I asked the receptionist and he allowed
me to take it from the ground floor) in the evening. The breakfast is
wery reach.
