The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does!

The location is excellent, you step outside right in the middle of Nevsky prospect. Plenty of places to grab a meal, easy access to any part of the city with the subway station right across the street. The staff was excellent, we had correspondence with exact instructions on our arrival. The staff was waiting for us at the apartment. This was fairly small room with one bed and desk. Without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is the location - it is situated right in the historic centre of St. Petersburg, all sights are very close - I managed to visit a lot in a very short time and didn't even have to use Russian public transport (which leaves a lot to be desired!!).
