Great staff who took time to give us recommendations, give directions, etc. They also speak English well which was an important bonus. every city attraction. The personnel is wonderfull, excellent english
and helpful. A complete breakfast, with russian specialities and also
continental food for foreigners. Nice room, bathroom, pleasant heating,

The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does!

The location is excellent, you step outside right in the middle of Nevsky prospect. Plenty of places to grab a meal, easy access to any part of the city with the subway station right across the street.
