Excellent and friend staff. Food and snacks available in the room. Great pool and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again for the cost! -

We booked 1 night here but after staying the night we kept extending it for another 4. The ladies at check in are so friendly and helpful. We had a mishap with our luggage at the airport and they instantly came to our rescue in sorting the situation out, so much so that the next morning we woke up to the girls at the check in offering to bus back

Very friendly staff, large rooms with extremely comfortable and large
bed. A few yards from an amazing beach. Easy access by local bus to
other local beach resorts. Good housekeeping. We would recommend!

great place to relax, and such good value for money! It was only a 5 min
walk to 5th avenue and the beach - and in a peaceful area so you escape

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the accommodations are perfect, the price is perfect. I never write reviews, but this hotel is absolutely incredible. It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel.

All the staff very nice and friendly always help us on everything we need. The beach sharing with The Palapa Hotel is very nice. The apartment (2 bedrooms) is comfortable and very good size. and always clean.

Excellent staff. Despite being so close to night clubs such as Cocobongo and Palazzo the noise is not a problem when you are in the rooms at the back of the hotel. Me and my wife had no problems with that. It's right next to the 5th avenue, the most famous street for shopping and hanging out.

I liked Cintia and Luis. They were very very hostile and sweet. I hope next time we go we'll see them again. The location is also perfect. The staff in the restaurant also very sweet. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and though there is light all around the hotel in the room you can do total darkness. Overall loved the place. Recommend it for younger couples/people.

The location is fantastic. Best on the Playa del Carmen. Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the surf: in your own hammock on your own little patio, if you choose. The bungalows are a very good idea but are in need of renovation. The good news is, the whole place is being renovated and ready by the end of 2014. Go then.
