The staff was great! The room was big and luxe with a view on Paseo de Montejo. We got a welcome drink at the bar and where close to a nice italian restaurant.

Was perfect! The owners were so helpfull, nice and friendly that its
hart to describe. Its a lovely couple, that has a great actitude towards
their guests. Not just maps and advices were to go, but Jan helped us to
get tickets to Chichen Itza, then to Playa del Carmen (they were brought

The owner Yan is from Holland. He has a perfect sense of Hospitality. Everything is arranged in a perfect way. Besides nice hotel service he also provided lots of advice and suggestion about the trip around Merida area. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge. Yan could also help to make a travel package include hotel and Maya heritages.The breakfast is diversify. You could enjoy different Mexico homemade

Close to city center. Pool is small but very welcome after a hot day of sightseeing. Room and hotel is old but has charm and is clean. Staff very helpful if you speak Spanish. Breakfast is OK: bananas, oranges, bread, Mexican sweet rolls. -

This is a fabulous hotel and I highly recommend staying here to experience the sheer luxury that this hotel offers its guests. Don,t be put off by the appearance of the facade or the general appearance of the area.Open the doors from the street and you will be amazed by the inferior. The breakfast experience is to die for, and all the staff have been wonderful.

Near the historic center where you can enjoy a touch of history (able to walk there, but just one block too far to really be in the vivid part).
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok but quite simple, nothing special. Very friendly staff that speaks English very well. Parking lot is definitely a bonus (free and totally private and thus very safe to leave your car).

was comfortable, and I was able to watch a Sunday Night Football game,
although the reception made it look like a snowstorm and it was in

One of those places, where entering the buidling already makes you happy. Instant help with luggage, friendly reception, warm welcome. Beautiful colonial style, well maintained, spacious room, fantastic bakery / coffee shop for breakfast / lunch, good Fonart artisanal shop, nothing to wish for more.
