Location - 5 minutes to Zocalo but yet quiet, which is hard to find in the old town
Staff - extremely helpful and quick in addressing any issues/questions
Rooms - large and very clean, the linens feel new. Beds are comfortable, though might be a bit hard for some. I had the best sleep in a week at this hotel

The location is great. You just walk outside and you are facing a
museum. The police station is next to the museum giving me the secure
feeling. The hostel is beautiful. Extremely clean. We stayed in room 5,
it has two rooms and a very large bathroom. Great for mom traveling with
two young men. Staff was excellent in providing us with tourism ideas.
Love, love the garden area.

Está localizado justo al lado del Zócalo, en la zona que no hay peligro. Las habitaciones son normales. Las camas grandes y cómodas. Tienen taquillas amplias para guardar las mochilas y maletas. La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer el centro histórico. Yo estuve en el Mexico City Hostel "Suites", queda frente al otro, el personal siempre se muestra dispuesto a colaborar. Habitación amplia, y buenos espacios comunes. Buen desayuno buffet.

The location and accommodation were absolutely fabulous - very hip and trendy and certainly felt a lot more lush than what we were expecting for the money!!! Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Very friendly and helpful reception and nice cleaning and cooking staff.
Their location is really good, 2 min to the Metrobus station, within 10
min to the subway station and 20 min to the Plaza Reforma. I walked a

The staff and owner are very personable, down-to-earth and easy to get along with. If you ask them a question they will help you. Everyone speaks perfect English and they're all very well educated. I met some amazing people in the hostel from around Latin America. The owner, Angel Ortiz is very accommodating, which is good. The staff of Humberto, Giovanni, Eric, and Lupita are incredible! Quiero destacar la muy buena onda y predisposición de guille y la gente que trabaja con el! desde el momento en que llegue hasta que me fui me ayudaron un monton .. me senti muy comoda, ademas de que el hostel es muy acogedor y se encuentra ubicado en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo! se volviera a mexico me hospedaria ahi nuevamente. El ambiente es muy cálido, el personal es muy amable, y realmente te
hace sentir la calidez de la gente de México. La habitación es muy
cómoda y la ubicación esta muy bien, en una zona tranquila, cerca del
metro y a 15 minutos del centro. Tienen menús que permiten probar la
comida de México y hay opción vegetarianos muy económico.
