It's a perfect place to stay in Mexico City for a family with small child. The suites are well-equiped, clean and very nice. There is everything you might need. The personnel is very attentive and helpful. There are a laundry and a gym free of charge.

Our room was very clean and cosy, with all necessary kitchen equipment: microwave oven, fridge, plate and dishes. The staff does not speak English but they were very polite and friendly. The Sevilla metro station is in about 10 min walk and the Chapultepec is in about 15-20 min walk. Would recommend for staying.

Staff very polite and provide a good service. Our security box was
defective and immediatly after we did mentionned, somebody came to fix
it right away. This is a good service ant the employee was very niice

El Hotel es muy elegante, bonito, limpio, seguro, bien ubicado y con gente muy amable todo es bueno pero sus camas son de lo mejor parece que tiene colchones especiales para garantizar el descanso - Es un hotel que me gusta mucho por eso regreso de nuevo a el aunque haya consultado otros hoteles parecidos la ubicacion es excelente el hotel muy boni

I have stayed at many hotels in Mexico City...some much more expensive...but this hotel has a great location, rooms are large and clean, staff was extremely welcoming, professional and friendly...and they upgraded my room without asking as a courtesy....wonderful

Easy to get a taxi as they're out the front
Friendly staff
Breakfast was adequate - toast, muesli, yoghurt, donuts, a hot dish, fruit, tea and coffee and available until quite late each day
Wifi was intermittent and didnt actually work the last 24hrs if our stay but mostly ok if you stand in the right place in your room !
Rooms were clean, comfortable and quirky !
I'd stay again
