Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -

Staff muy amable y cordial. Hotel muy trendy - El trato de las personas de recepción, botones, restaurant. La facilidad para la reserva de los tours, y la responsabilidad con el horario. Lo limpio de las habitaciones, piscina y áreas.

Excelente hotel. Muy buena comida (restaurant a la carta y snack bar). Cuenta con licores premiun en la barra libre (whiskys 12 años como buchanans y black label). Excelente atencion del personal.Recomendado 100% -

This place is outstanding, we only wish we could have afforded to stay here longer!!
From the moment you walk in the door, every staff member is super friendly.
The rooms are immaculate - both in cleanliness and design. The bed, whilst slightly firm, was extremely comfortable.

The variety of food is really nice, food is of good quality. Dinner restaurants offer different cuisines, waiters are polite and helpful. Several pools, you can always find place near one of them or on the beach. The personnel is helpful and friendly. The room is spacios and clean, sea view. They offer various activities during the day. -

We spent the amazing 5 days of our honeymoon to Paradisus and everything were great. We were all inclusive and the food everywhere from the buffet to the restaurants was very good. Our room was big and very comfortable. All the places to the hotel were clean and of course big thanks to all the staff for their kindness. Also free wifi to all places

The rooms are clean and nice; our ocean view room had a spacious, private balcony. The buffet food is very good, and the other restaurants offer a nice variety of food choices and atmosphere. The pool and beach areas are very nice; the swim up bar in the pool area is fun. Safe and frequent city buses run in front of the hotel to popular shopping areas.

Almost everything,
the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking.
The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel.
Breakfast was very good - the wide range of choices, including some japanese and oriental choices, although almost the same every day.
The staff was skilled and ready to help.
The location is convinient for us - it is on the beach, a bit far
