Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

Near LRT plaza rakyat and Pudusentral bus station that you can get Genting from here. Breakfast is good taste and I love comfort pillows and bed. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, value for money. Taxi Cost RM 80 from airport, RM60 back to airport. Approx 35mins walk to KL tower/Petronas tower area. RM40 in taxi to Batu Cave. Beside Chinatown.

This is my second time stayed there with 2 old folks and 2 young children. As always, the staffs there are friendly and helpful. And, room are comfort and cosy. My children are slept well throughout the whole night. -

A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the
city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms
and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good
but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are

volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

places, public transportation is just at the doorstep, can easily go around the city being at the most ideal part of the city -

if we request something, the front desk officer will always attend to it. They also clean the room and change the towels, linens everyday. WiFi works good! -
Value for money, nice price and near the green line for the bus station (reason we picked the hotel). Staff friendly.
