We had a standard double room and it was perfect, bed really comfortable
and clean sheets. Flatscreen tv with USB-port so could watch movies from
our hard-drive, perfect! You can have breakfast in the bar downstairs,
it is only open for breakfast and lunch. If you want any drinks later
then that, you can ask at the reception and then they can get them for
you. In the area around the hotel isn't much apart from the railway

I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Staff makes us feel comfortable.
We came KL at 5 am, it was so early to check-in, but Ancasa Express @Pudu did not take any extra charge due to early check-in *happie :)*. Awesome view :"P

I take this opportunity to thank the staff, to be exact is Ms.Kay, she is quickest receptionist I had ever seen. Every time I go to travel I am forced to stay at the reception for a while till they finish my registration. Ms. Kay was helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions. The breakfast is great, I am really happy to be there, and surely will be there again. the room was super clean and I liked the view from the window

There are so many shops around the hotel. Easy access to get local foods even in the midnight or early morning.
