The staff (Raza, Saqi and Anne) were always polite, helpful and pleasant. They even allowed me to keep the hair dryer in my room the entire 10 days. And when the air conditioner began leaking they had it fixed immediately.

Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff. the location of the hotel is in bukit bin tan...from where times square , low yat market and mrt is closeby. the rooms are very clean and nicely maintained.......from the room menara tower was visible. just infront of the hotel there was "rashna bilash restaurent" - whichs food was mind blowing.

This budget priced hotel is in a central location close to shopping centers and public transport. Our room was on the 8th floor at the back of the building and was very quiet. the beddings are comfortable, there's a water refilling station so we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. 7-11 and KK Mart are just located across the street. Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!

It was a nice hotel to stayed in as it was nearby to shopping malls & streets(along bukit bintang) . Easy access to public transports . Easy to find foods opposite the hotel if you are lazy to walk to nearby malls/streets . You can also find convenience stores like 7-11 just beside the hotel . Wifi and room facilities like minifridge was good
