Staff makes us feel comfortable.
We came KL at 5 am, it was so early to check-in, but Ancasa Express @Pudu did not take any extra charge due to early check-in *happie :)*. Awesome view :"P
Transportation is very convenience for who wanna take a shuttle bus to Genting & Cameron highlands, etc.

I take this opportunity to thank the staff, to be exact is Ms.Kay, she is quickest receptionist I had ever seen. Every time I go to travel I am forced to stay at the reception for a while till they finish my registration. Ms. Kay was helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions. The breakfast is great, I am really happy to be there, and surely will be there again. the room was super clean and I liked the view from the window

I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. the beddings are comfortable, there's a water refilling station so we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. 7-11 and KK Mart are just located across the street. Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!
