Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view. Very close to JR Sa

The room itself was excellent - thoughtfully arranged for a family, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. All hotel staff were thoughtful, helpful and friendly throughout, and spoke both Japanese and English as necessary. -

There is onsen available in the hotel.
The variety of the breakfast offered - western, japanese & buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good & very good varieties for the buffet.
It is quite easy with the subway to reach the hotel but also very good value with the taxi option to get to the hotel. -

Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. I really like everything about this hotel. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views.
Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes.
Really recommend this hotel.

the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. -

Nice clean rooms. Spacious. We have the bay view, it was nice to look out to the bay especially after snowing. Not too far from the main shopping area. You will need a car to get to. Underground Carpark great when it is snowing outside, right next to Aeon shopping centre which is connected to the hotel.

We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated. Besides, there is a massage chair in my room! what a wonderful thought, love it!! ^^ -

After a minor problem we where conducted to a suberb room, extremely well conceived, a room not only big, but with a wonderful view from the living room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.
