Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service.
We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer.
We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. Even though they were very Busy the staff, in Particular Mr Sawagashira made us feel at ease and made our stay Fantastic.

My husband and I stayed at Sapporo Grand hotel from Oct 31 to Nov 4. We really love this hotel, room is comfortable and cleanliness,excellent service in front desk staffs. the most important thing is location is very convenient. I would like to thank Mr kimio Mori, assistant manager of inbound sales sects., he helped us to make a call to airline to clarify some of our questions before leaving for new chitose airport. without his kind helps,we might have some troubles in airports.

Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view. Very close to JR Sa

The room itself was excellent - thoughtfully arranged for a family, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. All hotel staff were thoughtful, helpful and friendly throughout, and spoke both Japanese and English as necessary. -

The variety of the breakfast offered - western, japanese & buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good & very good varieties for the buffet.
It is quite easy with the subway to reach the hotel but also very good value with the taxi option to get to the hotel. -

Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. I really like everything about this hotel. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views.
Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes.
Really recommend this hotel.

This property is good design and very clean with luxury furniture , so many accessories , easy to access. Good for city shopping or ski sport in winter. We have been in summer time which also not far to reach many interesting point like flower farms, city side etc. -
