Beautiful interior design. Efficient and welcoming staff. Very comfortable room, good views, superb bed and large shower/bath area. Excellent location next to Shinagawa Station which is very convenient to sightsseing areas as well as for the shinkansen and the Narita Express. This is a top Hotel.

The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is actually a complex of 4 different
buildings and each one has different amenities, E.G., our hotel
didn't have an ice machine anywhere in the building but our friends

The hotel has many wings and rooms with different profiles. The cheaper ones are standard Japanese business hotels, i.e. very small, cheap, functional. The more expensive ones give more space and luxury. Both offer good (if not extraordinary) value for money IMHO.
The unique selling point of this hotel is that it's a 3min walk from Shinagawa station from which you can get Shinkansen to Kyoto/Osaka, and Yamanote for pretty much anywhere.

Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from Shinagawa station, from which you can reach pretty much any major spot in Tokyo, including the two airports and Tokyo's main station. The room was quite clean, though a bit run down. There was a fridge, water boiler, and other amenities. -

Like all the hotels we stayed at in Japan, the Prince Sakura Hotel had exceptional service. What made this hotel stand out was the size of our room. We had 3 adults staying in one room and it easily accommodated all of us, as well as had room for a sitting area (third bed was a pull out couch). The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower stall

The hotel is clean , safe, nice view, comfort with very helpful staff. They have tried their best to help us about our problems 24 hr. This is a luxury hotel , easy to access and relaxing . After a long day of traveling around , you can relax in a jaguzzi with warm and flower bath salt. The staff professionally help me ship parcels to the next hotel in Osaka. The shuttle bus from Shinagawa station is also helpful. This hotel is much better than excellent.

The gardens were so beautiful and relaxing! Staff was wonderful, spoke
excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in
our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet
breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western &
Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa
station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So
very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

I almost wish I had to stay longer. The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and spoke perfect english. This is an ideal choice for a young budget traveller who needs basic accommodation in order to be able to visit Tokyo. The small common room next to the reception that offers coffee for example for breakfast was appreciated. You have to be prepared to be considerate to others in order to maximize enjoyment of your stay. Staff will answer any questions you might have by email before you arrive. Single accommodation was a three tatamı room.

Just about everything. Not only is it convenient from Haneda airport, I think it's really convenient from Narita airport too. Love the location, love the rooms.
