The hotel is literally adjacent to Shinagawa station, so it enables easy access to all desirable destinations, be they airports, shopping areas, temples or gardens. Beautiful interior design. Efficient and welcoming staff. Very comfortable room, good views, superb bed and large shower/bath area. Excellent location next to Shinagawa Station which is very convenient to sightsseing areas as well as for the shinkansen and the Narita Express. This is a top Hotel.

The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is actually a complex of 4 different
buildings and each one has different amenities, E.G., our hotel
didn't have an ice machine anywhere in the building but our friends
who were staying in another building did have one. They also had free
wi-fi and we had free ethernet (which doesn't do you much good with
an iPhone or iP

them) without a fee and without batting an eye. -
The hotel has many wings and rooms with different profiles. The cheaper ones are standard Japanese business hotels, i.e. very small, cheap, functional. The more expensive ones give more space and luxury. Both offer good (if not extraordinary) value for money IMHO.
The unique selling point of this hotel is that it's a 3min walk from Shinagawa station from which you can get Shinkansen to Kyoto/Osaka, and Yamanote for pretty much anywhere.

Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from Shinagawa station, from which you can reach pretty much any major spot in Tokyo, including the two airports and Tokyo's main station. The room was quite clean, though a bit run down. There was a fridge, water boiler, and other amenities. -

Like all the hotels we stayed at in Japan, the Prince Sakura Hotel had exceptional service. What made this hotel stand out was the size of our room. We had 3 adults staying in one room and it easily accommodated all of us, as well as had room for a sitting area (third bed was a pull out couch). The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower stall

The hotel is clean , safe, nice view, comfort with very helpful staff. They have tried their best to help us about our problems 24 hr. This is a luxury hotel , easy to access and relaxing . After a long day of traveling around , you can relax in a jaguzzi with warm and flower bath salt. The staff professionally help me ship parcels to the next hotel in Osaka. The shuttle bus from Shinagawa station is also helpful. This hotel is much better than excellent.

The hotel was really excellent in all aspects. It was a 10 min walk from the Shinagawa station on JR line providing easy access to the city areas like Harujuku,Tokyo Station, Shinjuku without the hassle of changing to another Metro line. The gardens were so beautiful and relaxing! Staff was wonderful, spoke
excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in
our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet
breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western &
Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa
station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So
very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

The little electronic screen outside the room which it indicates the
status of the room, the nice and warm toilet seat, the room balcony and
the way the color and the furniture that is combined. The honesty of the
house keeping people and the attention to details of Japanese people. -

I almost wish I had to stay longer. The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and spoke perfect english. This isn't a requirement for me, but it was very helpful as this was my first night in Tokyo. It's a nice 5 minute walk from the huge Shinagawa station. It's a great value. It definitely has a more hostel feel, so don't expect a 5

This is an ideal choice for a young budget traveller who needs basic accommodation in order to be able to visit Tokyo. The small common room next to the reception that offers coffee for example for breakfast was appreciated. You have to be prepared to be considerate to others in order to maximize enjoyment of your stay. Staff will answer any questions you might have by email before you arrive. Single accommodation was a three tatamı room.

The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. They could speak in English
better than several others. There is free water and ice on first floor.
They provide night gown. Four elevators. When you get up in the morning,
you would see lots of Japanese in business suit, getting ready to go to

Good location:- 5 minutes walk to Tennozu Isle Monorail from which takes
you to Haneda Airport. One station on the Monorail takes you to
Hamamatsucho station on the jr Yamanote Line (Note: For overseas
visitors with Japan Rail(JR) Pass, Monorail and jr Yamanote Line can be
used with the jr Pass) Taxi from Haneda International Terminal to hotel
during late hours should cost around 5000 yen Shuttle bus from hotel to
Shinagawa station every 15 mins ( Timings 6am - 1030am and then 3pm -

Clean, silent, with features that make it suitable for a work trip as well as a long stay, very convenient. What I liked the most is the quality and accuracy of the details, from the toothpbrush and razor, to the very good soap. Excellent quality/price ratio: I recommended it!! -
