  The location is fantastic (sea front). The beach is wonderful and onlyfew meters away from rooms (only the garden). Rooms are very functional.The residence is fully worth 4 stars. Staff is friendly. WiFi availableand free in the main halls (and outside in swimming pool area).Animation for kids is nice.   The setting of Fenicia is beautiful, cut into hills with lovely views of the sea and mountains. I felt relaxed immediately, it's a proper 'holiday' place. I was very impressed with the appartment; it was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage and a laundry stand to hang wet towels; there were even places to store your suitcases - they had thoug... lo que la gente dice » ht of everything. The kitchenette had all the practical things you need on holiday but don't want to bring with you. The attention to detail is thorou - There is hardly a better relaxing place in southern Sardinia than Villasimius and there is hardly a place with a better view and better access to the beach than the Residencia Fenicia. It is actually as nice as in the pictures. Breakfast is absolutely fine for italian holiday standards, but could have a little variation over time. Rooms are clean but are only cleaned once a week. There are all facilities for cooking but we had to buy salt, oil, detergent. Wifi is good and costs 5 Euros for 1
