  Lovely hotel with a very warm welcome on arrival from Igor who was helpful with information about the hotel and local area. Very nice room, plenty of free parking on site and a very nice restaurant which is handy if you don't fancy the walk into the centre of Villasimius for dinner.

  The staff were so friendly they couldn't do enough for you. This is a lovely hotel very peaceful and in a perfect location if you are looking to chill out right on the beach front. The town centre of Villasimius is a two minute drive, it's a ten minute walk along a long straight road so you can't go wrong. They kept going the extra mile, always carrying a smile to make us feel welcome. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. However, the highlight of our stay was the superb dining experience combining well presented delicious Sardinian specialties with classy service in a pleasant atmosphere. I almost forgot, the hotel is excellently located, right on the white sand beach.

  The setting of Fenicia is beautiful, cut into hills with lovely views of the sea and mountains. I felt relaxed immediately, it's a proper 'holiday' place. I was very impressed with the appartment; it was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage and a laundry stand to hang wet towels; there were even places to store your suitcases - they had thoug... lo que la gente dice » ht of everything. The kitchenette had all the practical things you need on holiday but don't want to bring with you. The attention to detail is thorou - There is hardly a better relaxing place in southern Sardinia than Villasimius and there is hardly a place with a better view and better access to the beach than the Residencia Fenicia. It is actually as nice as in the pictures. Breakfast is absolutely fine for italian holiday standards, but could have a little variation over time. Rooms are clean but are only cleaned once a week. There are all facilities for cooking but we had to buy salt, oil, detergent. Wifi is good and costs 5 Euros for 1
