The hotel is simply excellent and the cheapest option we could find in Villasimius in June. It is definitely best value for money. Staff is extremely helpful and happy to match clients' needs (they also lent us a beach umbrella). Staff also provided us with maps and good information on local spots and restaurants. The rooms are well designed: things like the way shower door opens, or an electric socket near the bed that is not used for lights. The staff was helpful and spoke enough English to communicate. There was a good Sardinian breakfast, and even some ham and cheese. Easy to find, easy parking.

Really nice hotel, with very helpful staff, very clean. Not so far away from the hotel there are main bus station and shopping-street. Beach is located in 700 meters from the hotel. Beach towels, umbrellas and bicycles are for free! Beaches are very clean and are not overcrowded by crazy tourists! Moreover in Villasimius there is a national park

We couldn't speak any Italian and the owner couldn't speak any
English but she was very friendly and welcoming and helped us out with
everything we needed. They provide beach umbrellas and there is a good
size fridge in the room. Town is just a minute away walking and there
are some beautiful restaurants along the main street. There are a few
supermarkets close by as well.

This hotel is a family buisness and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay a lot. The room was big with television, airconditioning, a balcony and the bathroom was very well equipped. This is a little gem of a hotel, tucked away in a quiet area of Villisimius. It's not near the beach, but it doesn't matter. It's so cosy, peaceful, rooms are huge, and the restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. The hosts were so welcoming, especially Alex.
We'll be back to the area, and will definitely stay here

There is hardly a better relaxing place in southern Sardinia than Villasimius and there is hardly a place with a better view and better access to the beach than the Residencia Fenicia. It is actually as nice as in the pictures.
Breakfast is absolutely fine for italian holiday standards, but could have a little variation over time.
Rooms are clean but are only cleaned once a week. There are all facilities for cooking but we had to buy salt, oil, detergent.
Wifi is good and costs 5 Euros for 1
